Responsible for applications systems portfolio management and help desk support services for this market leader in a broad array of senior care facilities and services. Partner with business functions and facilities in the identification, selection, configuration, and deployment of Clinical, Administrative, Operational, Culinary, and Marketing/Web technology projects - primarily in a Software-as-a-Service environment.

Partner with the IT Director of Infrastructure and Security Services - Co-Head of IT in driving and supporting significant upgrades to the infrastructure and technical operating environment and compliance-related projects.

Key project focus on clinical systems implementation, point-of-care systems, volunteer management, culinary operations, point-of-sale, Intranet, learning management and delivery, human capital management, and interoperability. Support and work within an evolving LEAN environment.
