Robin Noble started her career as an in-house designer for product labels, signage, and advertising in the Northeast, but the sunny beaches of Southern California were calling her name. Once in San Diego, she transitioned into the web industry through a career as a web designer and front-end developer for an interactive media firm, where she helped local companies define, create and expand their web presence. To broaden her experience and clientele, she moved to a larger firm, project managing all phases of website design and development for large national and international companies across a wide variety of industries. As her career grew, she missed working in-house and accepted a position as Web Product Manager for the Employee Portal at Scripps Health. Robin executed the site build from discovery to launch and continues to work closely with stakeholders and employees to ensure a positive user experience for all 14,000 employees
